Booking and Payment

​

  • Clients can reserve their spot in the retreat by completing the booking form available on our website or by contacting us directly.

  • In the event of cancellation, clients may be subject to cancellation fees based on the timing of their cancellation relative to the start date of the retreat. Details of cancellation fees will be provided upon booking.​
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as specified. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due before the start of the retreat.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

​

  • Clients may cancel their booking by providing written notice to Tranquilis Retreats.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation:
    • Cancellations made within 30+ days before the start date of the retreat: Tranquilis refunds the deposit payment. The deposit can be transferred to any other Tranquilis retreat without time constraints if notification is given 6+ weeks in advance.

    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date of the retreat: Tranquilis is entitled to keep a reasonable amount, the deposit payment, to cover any expenses incurred as a result of your cancellation.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request, minus any applicable fees.

Liability Waiver

​

  • Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in retreat activities, including but not limited to physical exertion, outdoor activities, and potential exposure to environmental hazards.
  • Participants agree to release Tranquilis Retreats and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Health & Safety

​

  • Participants are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or other health concerns that may affect their participation in the retreat.
  • Tranquilis Retreats reserves the right to deny participation or make accommodations based on health considerations to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Intellectual Property

​

  • All materials, content, and intellectual property provided during the retreat, including but not limited to handouts, worksheets, presentations, and recordings, are the property of Tranquilis Retreats or its licensors.
  • Participants may use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without prior written consent.

Code of Conduct

​

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and cooperatively at all times during the retreat.
  • Any behavior that disrupts the retreat or negatively impacts the experience of other participants will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the retreat without a refund.

Dispute Resolution

​

  • Any disputes or disagreements arising from the terms and conditions of the retreat will be resolved through mediation or arbitration under the laws of England and Wales.
  • Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. If mediation or arbitration is unsuccessful, the parties may pursue legal action in the courts of England and Wales.

Privacy Policy

​

  • Tranquilis Retreats respects the privacy of its clients and complies with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Personal information collected from participants will be used solely to organize and conduct the retreat and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
